Diana Vickers! Bloody hell. Her last album was okay (it wasn't great, but it wasn't rubbish) so what on EARTH is she doing now? When I saw her performing this on the X Factor I was transfixed. But not in a good way.
I thought that either she's not very good at singing it live, or the song is terrible, and I still havent made my mind up. I think it annoys me that I cant understand what she's singing half the time. And that whole @whoops / whoopa' or whatever noise she keeps making distracts me from what she's actually singing distracts me from the chorus.
I hate not liking the song because Diana seems like such a nice little lass, especially considering her debut single flew into the charts at No.1, but its follow-up 'The Boy Who Murdered Love' could only claw (sorry) its way to number 36.
To be honest, the song just sounds a bit, well mental. It's just thrown together like one of those kids drawings that don’t really have any meaning but you stick up on the fridge anyway.
Sorry Vickers, but you need to try harder next time.
