Dizzee Rascal performing on the main stage at Leeds festival did baffle me a little bit, I mean, I know he's a big star and everything, but to slot the rapper into 'Indie Friday' seemed a little bit odd to me.
Regardless of my opinions though, the crowd in Bramham Park seemed to love him and were bouncing around and driving invisible cars throughout his 50 minute set, which included a mixture of his old stuff as well as summer anthems Holiday and Bonkers.
Not a Dizzee fan myself I spent most of his set sat on the grass eating chips and cheese, but kudos to him for landing a spot so far up the Leeds bill, I'm sure he bagged himself a lot of new fans in the process.
