Feeder are back this week with their new single Borders - a track that has been lifted from their eighth studio album Generation Freakshow.
Feeder are well and truly back with this new track as it is a great rock song that is as catchy as it is energetic.
There is a real anthemic feel to the song and it is one of those tracks that you know will sound awesome live.
The track has the traditional epic chorus that drives the song forward - not to mention the huge tidal wave of guitars that we have come to expect from a Feeder track are present as well.
Grant Nicholas is also on fine form vocally and he has penned a track that is a great introduction to the rest of the album.
Feeder have been a band who have always stuck with a sound that has been a winner for them from the start - some may call that playing it safe but in my opinion if something isn’t broke don’t fix it.
Borders seems effortlessly excellent from the band and it great to see the band back on this kind of form.
This track as Feeder written all over it and I can’t wait to hear the rest of their new album - if all the tracks are like this then it is going to be a winner.
