Kanye West can breathe a sigh of relief now that he’s won a delay in his assault case.
The rap star’s lawyer Blair Berk was in court in Los Angeles on Monday, requesting a continuance to his client's arraignment.
West is charged with vandalism, battery and grand theft - after allegedly lashing out at photographers at LAX airport in Los Angeles last year.
The rap star's manager, Don Crowley, is also charged with two counts of vandalism, two counts of battery and two counts of grand theft.
