Mary J. Blige To Play Nina Simone

Mary J. Blige has signed on to play Nina Simone in a new biopic.

The Family Affair singer will lead the cast in a movie adaptation of Cynthia Mort's Nina, which focuses on the jazz great's relationship with her assistant Clifton Henderson.

Common Serious About Serena

Common is deadly serious about his romance with tennis ace Serena Williams - don't try and talk to him when his girlfriend is on the court.

The hip-hop star has been dating the sportswoman for two years and hopes to marry her, and he knows this relationship is different because he's so "emotionally involved" in Williams' game.

He explains, "I sit there and I'm just tense and people try and talk to me and I tell them to be quiet. I was sitting next to Richard Branson and I didn't pay attention. I don't care who is there I'm focused on this tennis match."

Asked if there are wedding bells in his future during an appearance on Thursday's Ellen show in the U.S., Common says, "I definitely want to get married. I would love to get married and have kids."

Bow Wow Angry Over Leaked Song

Bow Wow has been left fuming after his song Cuff Ur Chick from his upcoming "dream project" leaked online - a year before the disc's expected release date.

The Like You star is furious at the early unveiling of the track, which features Fabolous and Drake, and has now been forced to rush out a new video to make the most of the unauthorised release.

In a series of angry posts on his Twitter.com page, he writes, "My album not coming out til next year. I was holding on to that record. It was not suppose to drop. That was my dream project. F**k! A (year) early? Why me man? I work too hard man...!
"Guess (I’ll) be shooting this video by next week… Not happy ‘bout it but what can I do now? Power of the net, I mean what’s next huh?"

The song was intended for Bow Wow's next album, Who Is Shad Moss?, which was originally scheduled for 2011.
