Hip-hop legend DR. Dre has scrapped plans to include a collaboration with Jay-Z on his highly-anticipated Detox album after the track leaked online over the summer.
Fans have been eager to hear the finished version of Under Pressure after part of the unmastered duet hit the internet in June. The track takes aim at Tiger Woods' cheating scandal and features Dre rapping about his bid to give up smoking and alcohol.
Dre says, "There's no leaks that came out that's gonna be on the record. I got hard new s**t. Had a little bit of leak in my security and what have you (sic), but I got new s**t coming and trust me, it will not be anticippointment (sic), you know what I mean? Y'all n**gers gonna love this s**t."
In a recent interview with Vibe magazine, Dre admitted he was angry the songs had leaked online half-finished: "I wouldn't be as mad at a leak if the song was done. "I'm not mad at the fans. I'm mad at the person that leaked the s**t. I have no idea how it got out... The most painful part about it is that I'm passionate about what I do, so people should hear it in the right form."
Dre is preparing to release his long-awaited third album later this year.
