British rapper Chipmunk has launched his own record label to showcase new up-and-coming talent.
The Oopsy Daisy hitmaker burst onto the U.K.'s hip hop scene in 2008, but he faced a battle getting signed to a major company.
He's decided to give new artists a chance to make it big - and has set up Always Recording to showcase them.
The star tells British chat show Live from Studio Five, "Sometimes majors overlook a lot of talent 'cos of where it comes from. A lot of labels overlooked me and suddenly I was that guy so I'm going to give some that opportunity, that chance to show what they can be. It's to give people a chance and find some hot talent."
