Following his release from jail on Tuesday, rapper Lloyd Banks has been allowed to return to America after he was detained by immigration officials in Canada.
The G-Unit star was arrested with three of his associates in Ontario on Saturday after allegedly attacking club promoter Chris Hines in a violent dispute over a gig payment.
Banks was released on bail on Tuesday, but he wasn't immediately allowed to return to his home country - Canadian immigration officials remanded the star and his pal Nicklas Sloane over unspecified issues.
The other two men arrested in connection with the alleged bar attack - Shawn McGee and Tyrell Cooper - returned to the U.S.
But Banks has now been allowed back to America after an immigration hearing on Wednesday gave him permission to leave Canada.
He was charged with criminal confinement, aggravated assault and robbery, as were his associates.
Banks' lawyer tells MTV that Sloane is still in custody awaiting an immigration hearing on Thursday.
