Will prepares to release the fourth single from his current album ‘Echoes’ - ‘I Just Want A Lover’, another electro funk laden slice of truly modern pop from the critically acclaimed release.
The video directed by Dan Sully features Will a variety of unexpected scenarios. He will also be embarking on a tour of nation’s forests in June 2012 as part of Forestry Commission Live Music where concert-goers’ will improve their green credentials as income generated from ticket sales is spent on improving the local forest for both people and wildlife.
Ever since winning the inaugural series of Pop Idol in 2002, Will Young has been one of the UK’s most popular and successful music artists, selling over 9 million albums.
He holds the record for the fastest selling debut single in British chart history, and has enjoyed a phenomenal career in music, as well as acting alongside Dame Judi Dench in the film Mrs Henderson Presents and making his professional theatre debut in Noel Coward’s The Vortex at the Manchester Royal Exchange.
Will’s recent Platinum selling album, Echoes, was a huge hit with fans and critics alike, and went straight to No.1 in the charts. Will’s new single ‘I Just Want A Lover’ will be released on 2nd July through XIX Entertainment / RCA Label Group.
