Following the record-breaking success of their Comic Relief version of 'I'm Gonna Be (500 miles)', The Proclaimers announce a massive UK tour and return with ‘Life With You’, a single so instantly catchy that it will surely join the ranks of their biggest hits as a firm national favourite.With a bass line and brass reminiscent of the great Motown classics, and upbeat sing-a-along lyrics that wouldn't be out of place in a wedding reception, this song will surely propel the Proclaimers back up the charts and have people singing along at the first listen. When Chris Evans played the song on his BBC Radio 2 show the response from his audience was so phenomenally positive that he invited The Proclaimers to join him for the whole of his show on 26th July. And in their headlining appearance at Ben & Jerry’s Sundae in Clapham Common, the song was greeted by the enthusiastic crowd as an old favourite.Even after one listen of the single it’s easy to see why ‘Life With You’ has already won so many people over, and why it is surely destined to be a huge hit.It is a great introduction to their forthcoming new studio album ‘Life With You’ (released 3rd September 2007) which is arguably their best work yet.
