Team Me
Having already played more than 100 concerts in 2012, including packed venues at SXSW, and festivals such as Latitude, Haldern Pop Festival and Roskilde, Norwegian indie-pop outfit Team Me are returning to Europe for a full headline tour visiting more than 30 cities in 12 countries.
The tour includes headlining Club NME at Koko in London the 2nd of November, 3 dates on the Inrocks Tour in France together with Spiritualized and festivals such as Waves Festival in Vienna and Nurnberg Pop Festival.
In addition to the tour Team Me plan to release the final single off their debut album. With My Hands Covering Both Of My Eyes I Am Too Scared To Have A Look At You Now" will be released on October 29th.
The bands full-length debut ‘To The Treetops!’ (March 2012, Propeller Recordings) has been critically acclaimed across the world, as well as being awarded a Norwegian Grammy for 'Best Pop Album'.
With equal shades of light and dark, the album takes the listener on a journey throughout the band’s diverse influences - as grandiose as it is fragile and intimate, ‘To The Treetops!’ is an enchanting collection of rich, orchestrated pop songs.
Team Me have proven to be one of Scandinavia’s most innovative and promising acts, with their live sets packed with energy. The 6 young members of the band plays play their multiple instruments with their hearts and standing on their toes.
Throughout the last two years, Team Me have played a number of festivals across Europe, and also supported The Wombats on their many tours of Europe, the UK and Scandinavia.
