Sugababes release “No Can Doâ€, the second single from their sixth studio album “Catfights and Spotlights†on 22nd December.
Already A-listed at Capital and GCAP, “No Can Do†is built on the tough and tender riff from rare groove masterpiece “Yes It’s You†by Sweet Charles, and is produced by Invisible Men who also produced “Denial†from Sugababes’ fifth album “Changeâ€. The single package includes remixes by Bimbo Jones and WAWA.
Sugababes’ last single, the no1 airplay hit “Girls†will be used on a massive Christmas TV ad campaign for Boots which premiers on 5th November. Boots and Sugababes have joined forces to raise money and awareness for The White Ribbon Alliance, which works tirelessly to prevent needless deaths through childbirth.
Sugababes kick off the festive season with a performance in London’s Oxford Street on 12th November before they flick the switch at the annual Christmas Lights switch on ceremony.
Sugababes appear on ITV1’s Divas II in November alongside Dionne Warwick, Rhianna and Leona Lewis and will be performing on Children In Need on 14th November.
The band then celebrate another successful year with a performance alongside Will Young, Rhianna and Boyzone at Capital Radio’s Jingle Bell Ball at the 02 Arena on 10th December.
