Shiny Toy Guns are back again with their unstoppable live schedule and a brand new single ‘Rainy Monday’, which is released by Mercury Records on August 27th. Earlier in the year the band that make rock music with machines undertook a marathon 37 date headline UK tour and supported Fall Out Boy at a further 5 shows now they are back for another 14 shows and with a new single taken from their debut album ‘We Are Pilots’’ (uk version of which is out on October 15th). ‘Rainy Monday’ is another example of the diverse sounds and styles that Shiny Toy Guns deliver with their music. Shiny Toy Guns are a band that embrace the future with music that combines all the best elements of pop, post-punk, alternative and dance music. ‘Rainy Monday’ is an anthemic slice of electro-pop undercut with insistent drums and acoustic guitar. On this track Chad takes lead vocal duties, on the album Carah shares the responsibility. Recently Shiny Toy Guns have been creating a storm in the digital charts when their album went to #1 in the iTunes Alternative Chart and #3 in the iTunes Album Chart.
