Marti Pellow one of Britain's greatest voices continues down the path of success with his new album 'Love to Love' which will be released on January 24th 2011.
From signing his first record contract at just sixteen, releasing his first record at seventeen, Marti's story is extraordinary. It all started with the band he formed in school Wet, Wet, Wet, who went on to sell 3 million copies of their debut album and continued selling throughout the 80's and 90's. In 1994 they entered the Guinness book of records with an unprecedented run of 15 weeks at No.1 with 'Love is All Around'.
2011 also sees him come full circle musically, with an album of songs that he loves. Every song has been personally selected by Marti, each song represents significant times and events in his life, from the heartbreaking Anita Baker composition 'Caught up in the Rapture' to the soulful Luther Vandross 'So Amazing', taking in the breakthrough Christopher Cross track 'Sailing', and the timeless 'Don't Know Much', this is an album chock full of songs we love to love, a complete heaven of musical guilty pleasures.
