Taken from ‘JIM’, his eagerly anticipated second album, ‘Another Day’ (out April 28th) is a three minute and five second slice of summer.

Written and produced by Jamie and his long term producing partner-in-crime Mocky, ‘Another Day’, is a heady, joyful gospel groove awash with birdsong, hand claps and sunshine. With shades of Motown, Stevie Wonder and Marvin Gaye, but given a very modern, very Jamie twist, ‘Another Day’ is released June 16th on Warp.

The latest single follows the Radio 2 B-Listed ‘Little Bit Of Feel Good’. Watch out for a string of must see gigs across the UK as well the release of his sophomore album, the irresistible ‘JIM’.

Building on his love of soul, funk and electronic wizardry, ‘JIM’ is a genre defying, hook laden tour de force and a perfectly realised follow up to his acclaimed 2005 debut, ‘Multiply’.

The single’s arresting and intriguing video was directed by Timothy Saccenti (Peaches, Battles) and revolves around Jamie replacing people’s missing mouths, eyes and ears with new ones of his own devising.
