Dance Diva Stacey Jackson, a Canadian native now London based artist, is set to release her new single - a cover of Whitesnake's ‘Is This Love?’ on November 14th.
The video was directed by Luke Biggins, who is best known for working with over 200 artists such as Ludacris, Styles P, Cassidy, Estelle, Dizzee Rascal, Daniel Beddingfield and Swayand.
The video brings the sassiness and fun sexuality that Jackson possesses: "I wanted to recreate a time that was full of carefree behaviour.
"One of my most favourite videos that I believe evokes this is the Eric Prydz video ‘Call on Me’ and I wanted mine to share that same sentiment.
"I hope that my fans love it and I hope to gain more as it was definitely fun making it!" says Jackson.
Taking the fun of early 80’s and her favorite track of that era, Stacey coincidently realised after the recording and filming the video that the song and the band she holds kinship to has one central thing in common - the award nominated theatrical and now upcoming film of the same premise Rock of Ages.
Lead character Stacey Jaxx grooves to Whitesnake during this fun loving film and crowd loving theatre presentation.
