Michael Jackson just can’t do anything right at the moment can he? Now he is facing legal action from a concert promoter for failing to join his siblings for a Jackson 5 show.

The King Of Pop’s manager signed a contract on behalf of the pop superstar to perform with sister Janet and brothers Jackie, Tito, Jermaine and Marlon at the Cowboy Stadium in Arlington, Texas next year, but the deal with AllGood Entertainment was reportedly dependent on Jackson not negotiating any other gigs.

Uh-oh for his string of comeback summer shows in London’s O2 Arena then…

The company's bosses reportedly met with the 50-year-old and his father Joe at a Beverly Hills hotel on Saturday to renegotiate but Jackson still refused to participate in the show - allegedly because it is set to be aired on a pay-per-view basis.

This lead to Patrick Allocco of AllGood Entertainment resubmitting his offer for the singer to perform with the Jackson 5 and Janet without the pay-per-view clause.  Allocco reveals Jackson is to be paid $3 million , Janet Jackson $1 million , with the other brothers receiving $500,000 between them for the one-off show.

If Michael Jackson refuses to accept the offer, Allocco tells FemaleFirst that he will sue the star next week. Talk about fighting dirty!
