Michael Jackson was planning to move into a Neverland-style mansion in Las Vegas before his sudden death last month.

A Sin City realtor claims the King of Pop fell in love with the $25 million (£16.7 million) 10 bedroom estate when he first viewed it in 2007.

Zar Zanganeh tells the New York Post the pad had underground tunnels, stables and hidden play areas that Jackson considered ideal for his three children. He says, "He loved it. He said he could do anything he wanted in there, like in Neverland."

Jackson abandoned his Neverland ranch in California after cops raided it in 2003, following his arrest on child molestation charges, Zangageh claims he hoped to turn the Nevada house into a new version, dubbed Wonderland, but couldn't afford the huge price tag.

The Post reports he "hoped to make enough money from his ill-fated This is It farewell tour to foot the bill for the massive spread, but he didn't live to see his dream play out."
