George Michael has apologised for swearing live on air on BBC Radio 2's afternoon show on Wednesday. The Faith hitmaker was being interviewed for the show when he accidently swore during the chat.
He was immediately reprimanded by DJ Chris Evans, who told the star he wasn't allowed to use bad language on the program.
Michael later told listeners he "sincerely apologised", before adding, "I use that word far too readily... It's because I know you so well, Chris."
A BBC spokesperson says, "In line with BBC policy, apologies were immediately made and both George and Chris apologised again later in the show."
