Cheryl Cole seems to have let success go to her head after telling her management that she doesn’t want her solo music career to "flop" like that of Victoria Beckham.
Singing looks like the way forward for Miss Cole, who could have made a fortune in from any career she chose to follow, but according to Now magazine, Cheryl has given herself four months to make a success of her bid to become an individual star, Now reports.
Cole reportedly said: "This could be a disaster. I don't want to end up a flop like Victoria Beckham." An insider added: "It's a big deal to Cheryl. She's terrified of being made a fool of in front of millions of people. Her management are officially saying that she's just concentrating on solo plans and The X Factor, but of course they'd love her to crack America in due course."
Little must Cheryl Cole realised that Victoria Beckham’s singing career wasn’t that much of a flop ad she had four top-ten singles after the Spice Girls disbanded, whilst her solo album peaked at number ten in the UK album charts.
