Beady Eye

Liam Gallagher told fans he had "missed" them as Beady Eye rocked London last night (20.06.13).

The band blew the roof off the Camden Centre at an intimate show for just a few hundred fans as they showcased tracks from their new album 'BE'.

The group opened with 'Flick of the Finger' - accompanied by a horn section - before whipping the rowdy audience into a frenzy as they launched into 'Face The Crowd'.

The set list also featured songs from their debut LP 'Different Gear, Still Speeding', including 'Four Letter Word', 'Millionaire' and 'The Roller', and two Oasis tunes.

After playing Oasis classic 'Rock 'n' Roll' star, Liam assured the rapturous crowd "it really isn't a big deal" for the band - also made up of former Oasis band members Andy Bell, Gem Archer and Chris Sharrock - to play their former group's tracks.

They later dropped 'Morning Glory' into the set and sent fans - sweating in soaring temperatures - wild.

Other highlights included 'Just Sayin'', 'Iz Rite' and 'Start Anew', which prompted Liam to tell the audience "thanks for coming out, I've missed you".

They exited the stage to 'Dreaming of Some Space', before returning for an encore of 'Bring The Light' and 'Wigwam'.

The band were watched by a star-studded crowd which included Holly Willoughby, 'Miranda' actor Tom Ellis, TV presenter Kate Thornton and Liam's wife Nicole Appleton.
