David Beckham is a fan of Rizzle Kicks.
The 'Mama Do The Hump' duo - Jordan Stephens and Harley Alexander-Sule - were ecstatic when the retired soccer star stopped them at a launch party and told them he loves their catchy tracks.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, Jordan said: "David Beckham is really nice, a really lovely guy. We met him at a boxer brief launch. He was nice, he said he listens to our music. We said, 'We're Rizzle Kicks' and he said, 'Yeah yeah, I know you boys'. I was like, 'Cheers David.' "
The hip-hop duo have landed a string of singles, including, 'Mama Do The Hump', 'When I was Youngster' and 'Down With The Trumpets' since exploding on the music scene in 2011, but the Brighton-born pair are adamant they won't ditch the UK for the US just yet.
Jordan explained: "I don't f***ing want to live in America. It's very different from London."
Despite having no designs on the other side of the Atlantic, the cheeky duo haven't ruled out having a go at cracking the US in the future.
Jordan explained: "I don't know, I just feel like we'd need to make a huge imprint here and follow it over to America. I would love to be big in American but it's just a lot of time and effort. It's not necessity for us."
Rizzle Kicks' new single 'Lost Generation' is out August 26, followed by the release of their album 'The Roaring 20s' on September 2.
