U2 will take to the stage for a performance at this weekend's MTV European Music Awards, it has been revealed.
The group join a stellar line-up who will all perform at the SSE Hydro in Glasgow on Sunday, following the controversial release of their new album 'Songs Of Innocence'.
Nicki Minaj is to host the ceremony and also perform, alongside Ariana Grande, Ed Sheeran, Calvin Harris and more big names.
U2 first performed at the event back in 1997 when it was held in Rotterdam, but have since featured in two other shows - one in 2000 in Stockholm and more recently in 2009 when they played with Jay Z in Berlin.
Organisers have also announced that Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne will be present to collect his Global Icon Award.
