Tyga has denied rumours floating around which suggest he denied entry for Paul McCartney into his Grammy Awards after-party on Monday February 15, after the Beatles members was rejected from entering the club holding the event.

TMZ obtained video footage of the 73-year-old British music icon and his friends who joked: "How VIP do we gotta get? We need another hit!"

Giving up on the party, they instead headed to another event hosted by label bosses at Republic Records.

Responding to the news, Tyga took to his Twitter account and wrote:

A rep for the club said that Paul wasn't denied at the door but instead there was a mix-up, with the spokesperson going on to say Paul was in fact trying to go to Mark Ronson's Republic Records party at Hyde Lounge. Once Paul figured out that he'd made a mistake, he left.
