Sony have enlisted One Direction member Louis Tomlinson in a bid to find the next big girl band.
Louis will be lending a hand to the record label's 'Be In The Band' search, which will aim to find talented female musicians to form a girl group.
Taking a seat on the judging panel during London auditions on Saturday, March 7, Louis is believed to have accepted the offer right away as he has a "vision" of following in Simon Cowell's footsteps.
Speaking to The Sun newspaper a source explained: "Louis has his business head screwed on and is busy making plans for the future. He's rated very highly at Sony and they knew he'd be great to get on board.
"Louis accepted their offer straight away. He has visions of being a music boss in the future and has a good eye for new talent.
"There are even industry rumours he'll end up as an 'X Factor' judge at some point down the line."
Finding fame on Cowell's ITV show The X Factor, Louis will have to squeeze his duties as a judge into his already busy schedule on-tour with the band.
Due to reconvene in Singapore this coming Wednesday, the group will travel around Asia before jetting off to Europe, America and Canada before finishing off in the UK and Ireland.
