Piers Morgan caused controversy earlier this month when he branded David and Victoria Beckhams as 'pimps' following the release of 11-year-old Cruz Beckham's Christmas single, 'If Everyday Was Christmas'.

Raising money for charity with the sales of the song, Cruz has now released his debut music video for the track, which also features his famous older brothers Romeo and Brooklyn skateboarding across London.

The track was first teased in early December, when Cruz launched his own Instagram page and revealed he was now working with a new manager - the same man who manages Justin Bieber - Scooter Braun.

Since the criticism came in, David insisted that his son's education will always come before his music career.

He explained: "we only realised that Cruz has a cute little voice about nine months ago and Scooter's been a family friend for a while, so he said, 'Bring him in, see if he enjoys it'. There's nothing more to this than that at the moment.

"He's 11-years-old, he's still at school, he's concentrating at school, that's the most important thing, but he wanted to give back, and he's done this amazing little Christmas song which has got a lot of attention."
