Scooter Braun - the manager of famous stars including Justin Bieber and most recently, Cruz Beckham - has now been involved in an online argument with Piers Morgan, after the shamed journalist was less-than-positive about Beckham's new charity Christmas single, 'If Everyday Was Christmas'.
Making his music debut yesterday (November 7), Cruz Beckham release his new song in order to raise money for charity Make Some Noise. Piers slammed the Beckham family during yesterday's Good Morning Britain however, accusing David and Victoria Beckham of "pimping out" Cruz.
Accused on Twitter of trolling a child, Piers replied that he was "trying to defend Cruz from his being pimped out by his fame-hungry parents".
His comments then saw manager Scooter respond to the criticism, describing Cruz as "an 11 year old who wanted to make a song to help other kids", whilst calling Piers a "jackass" and "hypocrite". Piers hit back by saying Scooter was only 'pretending' the single release was about charity, with his main priority being making money for himself.
After a to-and-fro on Twitter, Scooter finished the day by bringing up a quote from Confucius, which reads: "A great man is hard on himself; a small man is hard on others."
Morgan attempted to renew the argument this morning, tweeting: "Ive had time to reflect on my criticism of the Beckhams pimping out Cruz, 11, to pop. And I now think it's even more repulsive."
Cruz will be hoping to do well and perhaps even claim the Christmas number 1 in the UK, going up against the likes of Cliff Richard, VAULTS and the forthcoming X Factor 2016 winner.
