Robbie Williams' new big band album will be called 'Robbie Swings Both Ways'.
The singer has teased the release of his second swing record - due for release before Christmas - with an email from his representative containing what appears to be the tongue-in-cheek title of his upcoming record.
The hashtag "#Robbieswings" was also set up on Twitter to promote the event.
When Popjustice tweeted a screenshot of the message, it was met with a mixed reaction from fans.
One enthused, "Wait, but any Robbie music news is good news. Loved Swing When You're Winning!! (sic)"
however, a more sceptical user quipped, "he's doing a swing album isn't he. Oh god he's doing a swing album. (sic)"
The jokey line was lost on some, however, with one fan pondering, "Maybe he's coming out as bisexual?"
While Robbie's first big band album, 'Swing When You're Winning', divided opinion when it was released back in 2001, his collaboration with Nicole Kidman, 'Something Stupid', was an international hit.
The 'Angels' singer has teamed up with Michael Buble for a duet on the new record and the Canadian star thinks fans will love the track because they enjoyed making it.
Michael quipped: "The song is for his new album and it's so good. We had too much fun making it."
