Stevie Wonder will be supported by Pharrell Williams when he performs at Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park.
The 'Superstition' hitmaker will take to the stage on July 10 in London to play his acclaimed 1976 album 'Songs In The Key of Life' in full for the first time in the UK to celebrate the LP's 40th anniversary.
The 'Happy' hitmaker has now been confirmed to be providing support to Stevie and he can't wait to share the same stage as one of his musical heroes.
Pharrell said: "Stevie Wonder was a fixture in my life as a child. His music is probably the closest thing to auditory transcendence."
Joining Stevie and Pharrell on the main stage is two-time Grammy Award-winning soul singer Corinne Bailey Rae and Los Angeles-based 'nu-soul' trio KING - comprised of sisters Paris and Amber Strother and Anita Bias.
Speaking about her excitement to play festival, Corinne said: "I have been a fan of Stevie Wonder my whole life and saw the 'Songs In The Key of Life' show at Madison Square Gardens. I cried, I danced and I had massive smile on my face throughout the show. It's a dream come true to be asked to join Stevie when he brings this amazing show to Hyde Park, and also to be on the stage with Pharrell, who is a huge inspiration to me, and KING who are my friends and musical collaborators."
Released in 1976 on the legendary Motown Records label, 'Songs In The Key of Life' includes iconic hits such as 'Sir Duke', 'Isn't She Lovely' and 'I Wish'.
It was crowned Grammy Album of the Year in 1977 and it followed an unsurpassed trio of albums from Stevie - 'Talking Book', 'Innervisions' and 'Fullfillingness' First Finale' - all released in the first four years of the 1970s.
Stevie, 65, is joined as a headliner at BST at Hyde Park by Massive Attack, Florence + The Machine, Mumford & Sons, Take That and Carole King.
