Paula Patton and Robin Thicke
Paula Patton is to testify in court for her estranged husband Robin Thicke.
The actress will give evidence in a plagiarism case brought against Thicke, after he was accused of copying smash hit single 'Blurred Lines' and a number of other songs from the late singer Marvin Gaye, according to TMZ.
Charges brought against him were from Marvin's son, Marvin Gaye III, who alleges the singer stole a number of tracks including 2011 song 'Love After War', which he's believed to have written with Patton.
Called in to testify if the case goes to trial, Patton will defend Robin over the claims.
The two split last February after nine years of marriage following huge circulation of rumours he cheated on her.
However the split is said to have been "harmonious" after Thicke joined Paula over the festive period for a Christmas Eve party.
