Nicki Minaj is the top female when it comes to this year's BET Award nominations, alongside Chris Brown with both leading the way with five and six nominations respectively.
Nicki's mentions come in the Video of the Year category as well as two in the Viewers' Choice Prize, one in Best Collaboration and one in Best Female Hip-Hop Artist.
Chris is in the running for Best Male R&B Artist, Best Collaboration with two nominations, Viewers' Choice Prize and Video Of The Year with two nods.
The pair face stiff competition though with some huge hits and names also making their way into the shortlist, such as Drake, Trina, Beyoncé and more.
