Liam Gallagher sarcastically joked it's a "yes from him" after his brother Noel performed on 'The X Factor' in Italy.
The former Oasis bandmates and brothers have been feuding since August 2009 when Noel quit the rock band following a backstage bust-up in Paris and Liam's jibes against his older sibling have intensified this year with his constant Twitter jibes.
Noel, 50, appeared on the talent show on Thursday (30.11.17) to perform 'Holy Mountain' - from his new solo album 'Who Built The Moon?' - and Oasis classic 'Don't Look Back In Anger', and Liam logged on to the social media site to let the guitarist know what he thought of his appearance.
The 45-year-old singer teased: "I wanna congratulate rkid on his performance on X factor tnight it's a yes from me as you were LG x (sic)"
He then described Noel's decision to perform on the pop star search show as "embarrassing", and also aimed a dig at Paul Weller, who lent his guitar skills to Noel's recent album 'Who Built The Moon?', as well.
He added: "Not a f***ing peep ... bout the creepy 1 embarrassing himself on X factor wonder what is mate WELLARD thinks bout it LG x (sic)"
In replies to some fans tweets back to him, the 'Wall of Glass' hitmaker told them he felt it was his responsibility to "shine a light" on Noel's less than cool behaviour.
Liam tweeted: "He's always been the monkey on my back or the devil in my shoulder ... I told you I'd shine a light on the shit that's why he's got his shades on."
Noel has been asked twice by 'X Factor' creator Simon Cowell to be a judge on the UK version but turned down the job offer because he'd rather be sat at home watching it on TV.
The 'Wonderwall' songwriter previously said: "It's been twice. A guy calls me who works at Sony Records; he's a good friend of mine I've known for years and years and years. His office was across the hall from Simon Cowell's.
"Simon Cowell knew this guy was a friend of mine, and this guy called me up and he said, 'Simon Cowell's asking for your phone number, can I give it to him?' I said, 'What does he want it for?' He said, 'I have no idea.' I thought he might want a song for one of the X Factor winners. A couple weeks pass, nothing happens and I've forgotten all about it, and then one Sunday afternoon this girl calls and says, 'I'm Simon Cowell's assistant, is it OK to call you in about five minutes?' And he offered me the job to replace him when he first left 'The X Factor'. I think to this day I'm still the only person who ever turned him down.
"It's for the simple reason that I don't want to be on TV every Saturday night. I've got better things to do. And with being on TV every Saturday night comes the endless promotion to do that. And I don't want to be a TV star, you know? I explained all this to Simon Cowell, and I do like him; I've met him on several occasions. And he was being very insistent that it didn't matter, we could work around [my schedule]."
