After having her injunction denied at a court in New York last Friday, February 19, Kesha has now returned to social media to thank all of her fans and famous supporters who have reached out to her following the verdict.
Kesha was left in tears in the courtroom on Friday when she heard she wouldn't be getting out of her contract with Dr. Luke and Sony.
The judge said at the time: "My instint is to do the commercially reasonable thing," after hearing Luke had invested $60 million into her career.
"There has been no showing of irreparable harm," they continued. "She's been given opportunity to record.
Sony lawyers added: "Our interest is in her success. Our interest is in Dr. Luke's success. They are not in the least bit mutually exclusive."
Following the case, Luke took to Twitter to deny he had ever had sex with Kesha, let alone raped her, saying: "Kesha and I were friends for many years and she was like my little sister. Kesha has denied under oath the horrible allegations now being made against me."
Kesha's attorney Mark Geragos spoke out following Luke's tweets, telling Buzzfeed that Luke is "out to destroy her".
