TMZ saw Kesha on her way to New York City for a courtroom showdown with producer Dr Luke and asked her if she had a message for her fans before the case got underway. "They're my everything, I couldn't have gotten through this honestly," she said.

"They've been my rock through the past two years of my life. I'm so grateful, it's insane, more than anything else in my life, they've been the most amazing."

The journalist filming then asked about her going to the courthouse and if she thinks she'll get an easy win, to which she replied: "I'm going tomorrow morning. I'm praying and I'm hoping."

Asked by a fan when she'll be releasing new music, the singer responded: "As soon as I can, sweetheart."

Kesha's case will be heard in court today (February 19), with the artist previously writing on her Instagram: "I have nothing left to hide. I did this because the truth was eating away my soul and killing me from the inside. This is not just for me. This is for every woman, every human who has ever been abused. Sexually. Emotionally. Mentally. I had to tell the truth.

"So the outcome will be what it will be. There's nothing left I can do. It's just so scary to have zero control in your fate. But this is my path this life for whatever reason..."
