Kanye West's new album "gets better every week".
The 38-year-old musician has been working on his seventh studio record - tentatively titled 'Swish' - for over two years but still doesn't feel like it's ready to be released because it keeps improving.
He said: "I don't wanna overly describe it or overly try to hype it up.
"It's sounding good. It's like a sonic painting, and it gets better and better every week."
However, the 'All Day' rapper acknowledged it has taken him a long time to create the collection, especially as he has given some of the tracks away.
Speaking on Real 92.3 radio show, he explained: "The work is slow. I've had a while to work on it. I separated with a couple of the tracks that were on my album that I gave to other people like 'FourFiveSeconds' to Rihanna or the joint on The Weeknd album, 'Tell Your Friends,' and I still kept working and trying to find the language that I wanted to say on my album. Just going in the lab every night."
He previously revealed 'Swish' is based on "embracing joy", which is in contrast to 'Yeezus' which was a "protest" against the fashion industry.
He said: "My last album was a protest of music. This album's just embracing the music, embracing joy, and just being of service to the people."
