Kanye West has confirmed he is collaborating with Drake.
The 39-year-old music mogul teased the team up with the 29-year-old rapper last month when a billboard was put up in Los Angeles showing Kanye's GOOD Music record label logo with Drake's OVO emblem and now the 'Gold Digger' hitmaker has finally confirmed suspicions they are working together.
He told Vogue magazine: "We're just working on music, working on a bunch of music together, just having fun going into the studio. We're working on an album, so there's some exciting things coming up soon."
The 'Famous' rapper held off on giving any more information on the potential collaborative album but it wouldn't be the first time the rap stars have worked together. Drake helped co-write '30 Hours' from Kanye's 'Life of Pablo' album, and Kanye lent his vocals to the original version of 'Pop Style' - alongside Jay-Z - from Drake's album 'Views'. Both rappers have also done collaborative albums in the past, with Kanye working with Jay-Z on 'Watch The Throne' and Drake teaming up with Future for 'What a Time to Be Alive'.
Meanwhile, during a surprise appearance during Drake's set at Canada's OVO Festival in early August, Kanye once again teased the possibility of a collaboration.
He asked the crowd: "Toronto, I got one question for you.Is y'all ready for this album? Now, I'm not talking about 'Pablo'. I wasn't talking about 'Views'. I wanna ask y'all right now, y'all ready for this album?"
Whilst Drake added: "What my brother was asking before was, are you ready if we make an album? That's what he was asking."
