Fatboy Slim has teamed up with Idris Elba for a new track.
The DJ-and-producer and the 43-year-old actor have recorded a song for Idris' latest film 'Bastille Day', in which he stars as CIA agent Sean Briar, and the hunky action man provides vocals.
Fatboy Slim - real name Norman Cook - told NME: "I've just done something with Idris Elba for his next film, which is quite interesting. I don't know if it's under wraps so I don't want to get in trouble by saying too much. It's called 'Bastille Day', and we've written a song together, and Idris sings on it which is fun."
Away from acting, Idris has an active music career and DJs all over the world under the moniker Big Driis and that's how he got to meet Norman.
The 'Right Here Right Now' hitmaker said: "I've seen him DJ many times, that's how we ended up knowing each other. We share the same management so we're often on the bill together, and that's how we became pals."
The pair worked together before in the studio on a remix of Bruno Mars' hit 'Uptown Funk'.
Idris has also collaborated with numerous other artists working on a remix of 'Shutdown' with Skepta last June, while this February he lent his voice to the narration of Macklemore and Ryan Lewis' hit 'Dance Off'.
Also joining Idris in 'Bastille Day' is 'Game of Thrones' star Richard Madden, Charlotte Le Bon and José Garcia.
