Britney Spears has proven she's still got it after her video for Womaniser has been named as the sexiest promo of 2008 in Playboy magazine's newly-released music poll.
The pop superstar's racy video, in which she appeared naked in a steam room, beat Kanye West's Flashing Lights and Toe Jam by Brighton Port Authority on the Playboy countdown.
Meanwhile, Metallica's Death Magnetic scored the magazine's Best Rock Album, Lil Wayne claimed the Best Hip-Hop Album prize and Portishead landed the Best Electronic Album for Third. Katy Perry's smash hit I Kissed A Girl was named the favourite song of the past year.
