Florence + the Machine and Jamie xx are among nominees for the Mercury Prize 2015.
The full shortlist of 12 nominated albums has been revealed on BBC Radio 6 Music, with Wolf Alice and Benjamin Clementine also receiving nods for their releases.
The prize aims to celebrate the best British albums from the past year, with LPs released between September 9 2014 and September 25 2015 eligible to be shortlisted.
Other albums up for the award include 'Syro' by Aphex Twin, 'Hairless Toys' by Roisin Murphy, 'Shedding Skin' by Ghostpoet and 'Architect' by C Duncan.
Completing the shortlist is ESKA with her eponymous debut, SOAK's 'Before We Forgot How To Dream', Gaz Coombes with 'Matador' and 'Are You Satisfied?' by Slaves.
Speaking about the Mercury Prize, Jamie xx - who won the prize with his band The xx back in 2010 for their debut album 'xx' - said: "It was such a big thing for all of us in The xx before we even got nominated, it was such a great way to discover new music and then when we were nominated the first time it felt very surreal. So yeah, it's wonderful to be nominated again."
Previous nominees Anna Calvi, Nick Mulvey and Corinne Bailey Rae have been involved in the 12-strong judging panel along with a selection of journalists, DJs, broadcasters and festival organisers to decide on the shortlist.
Last year saw Young Fathers' debut album 'Dead!' win the accolade while James Blake, PJ Harvey, Arctic Monkeys and Suede are among other artists to have won in the award's 23 year history.
The winner of the coveted prize will be announced at a ceremony on November 20 at Broadcasting House's Radio Theatre in London.
