A North American reunion tour has been announced by rockers Fleetwood Mac, kicking off on September 30.

It's the band's first outing since Christine McVie rejoined the classic rock group after an absence of 16 years, and she'll be heading out on the road with the group.

The classic lineup are to launch the 33 city, 34 date 'On With The Show Tour' in Minneapolis with stops in New York City's Madison Square Garden and the renovated Forum in Los Angeles amongst others.

The announcement was made by Christine, Mick Fleetwood, Stevie Nicks, John McVie and Lindsey Buckingham on NBC's Thursday morning Today show.

Nicks said on the show: "She [McVie] had us all seriously convinced that she would never come back."

General admission tickets for the shows will go on sale on March 31. Full dates are below.
