Glastonbury Festival 2017 is in for some 'exciting surprises' on the Park Stage, with Emily Eavis teasing that she and fellow organisers are really going all out to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the area first launching.
Taking to her Instagram account, Eavis wrote: "Next year will be ten years since we created The Park area so we are planning some exciting surprises to mark the anniversary."
This comes after Eavis told NME the festival will be gaining a whole new area next year: "We can't give you too many details of, but it's going to be an area which involves lots and lots of… It's somewhere between an installation and somewhere where you'll go to experience watching films and listening to music in a different way.
"It's a massive addition to the festival. I don't wanna give it away at the moment, but there's artists working on it flat out and every day these cars are arriving, which are going to be part of the installation. They're like ancient cars. It's very exciting, but we'll give you more information when we have it. It's a little bit too early to say."
