Beyonce is facing yet another lawsuit, this time from Dwayne Walker who says that the use of Jay Z's Roc-A-Fella Records logo in the singer's 'Drunk In Love' music video is something she didn't obtain the correct copyright for.
Walker maintains that he owns the copyright to the original logo design, and claims that his permission was not sought out for Beyonce to feature it in the 2013 video release, which also stars her husband Jay Z.
Allegedly hired to create the logo in 1995, this isn't the first time Walker has had a run-in with the power couple, with Walker trying to sue Jay Z and former business partner Damon Dash along with executives at Universal Music Group in 2012 for unpaid royalties.
That suit was dismissed earlier this year due to a lack of evidence, but Walker is straight back on trying to now take Beyonce to court.
