David Bowie has said that he has some 'good news' coming.
The reclusive singer - who made a surprise comeback earlier this year with a critically-acclaimed album, 'The Next Day' - hinted there's something he'll soon be sharing through his Facebook page.
Alongside a new promotional image by photographer Jimmy King, he quoted his song 'Moonage Daydream' by writing: "Keep your 'lectric eye on me babe..
"Good news coming."
While it is unclear what the announcement relates to, a number of new tracks from his upcoming repackage 'The Next Day Extra' are being premiered on radio stations in the UK today (30.10.13)
The three-disc package features a 10-track companion CD with five never-heard-before tracks, such as 'Atomica', 'The Informer', 'Like A Rocket Man', 'Born In A UFO' and 'God Bless The Girl'.
The collection will also include two brand new remixes - including one by LCD Soundsystem frontman James Murphy - and a DVD, which will have visuals from 'Where Are We Now?', 'The Stars (Are Out Tonight), 'Valentine's Day' and the title track 'The Next Day'.
'The Next Day Extra' is set for release on November 4.
