The Cure, Suede, Ed Sheeran, Paolo Nutini and OneRepublic will headline the Teenage Cancer Trust concerts later this year.
The charity's patron Roger Daltrey is once again organising the concerts which will take place at the Royal Albert Hall in London between March 24-30 and more acts will be announced in coming weeks.
The Cure have promised a three-hour set as they mark 35 years since the release of their debut album 'Three Imaginary Boys'.
Meanwhile, Suede are set to play their entire second album 'Dog Man Star' at the charity gig and Paolo is expected to perform material from his new album 'Caustic Love', released on April 17.
The Cure first played the charity shows back in 2006 and frontman Robert Smith says: "The Cure are once again delighted and honoured to be playing the Royal Albert Hall for Teenage Cancer Trust."
The gigs have raised over £17 million since the first gig 'The Who & Friends' in 2000.
Frontman Roger said: "This is our fourteenth year at the Royal Albert Hall for Teenage Cancer Trust and I'm very happy to be back after handing the reins to Noel Gallagher for a year.
"The money raised is invaluable in helping young people with cancer, and in return for the public's hard earned cash we put on some very special shows."
Tickets for the shows go on sale at 9.30am on Friday, January 31.

Tickets for the shows go on sale at 9.30am on Friday 31 January. All proceeds from the shows go towards providing this specialist care and support for young people with cancer.
