Britney Spears is making her grand return to the MTV Video Music Awards stage tonight (August 28) at Madison Square Garden in New York, and executive producer Jesse Ignjatovic has promised it'll be a performance not to miss.
Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, he said: "She's not one to do the same thing she's done in the past. It's going to be something you've not seen her do before. It's going to separate her from other performances.
"It's amazing (to have her back). To have her in such great form with a huge hit, she's super relevant and current - I think the young people watching MTV now are as connected to her as they were back in the TRL days."
Having not performed for over 10 years at the event, there's some tremendous pressure for the Princess of Pop.
E! News reports her as saying: "Every time I've performed there it's always been one of those really big, nerve-racking experiences and the people that come, those celebrities, are so much fun and different… I still get very nervous."
