Björk thinks her best work is still yet to come.
The 50-year-old singer may have released her ninth studio album 'Vulnicura' earlier this year, but she has admitted she's still got loads more ideas she'd like to pursue and is keen to put a plan into action before it's too late.
She explained: "There are so many songs and so many albums I could do. I get ideas all the time, and I still feel like I haven't written my best song yet and time is running out. I wish there were five of me so I could get these things done."
However, the 'Black Lake' hitmaker feels she can only create work she's truly proud of when she's away from the spotlight.
Speaking to the Telegraph newspaper's Style magazine, she said: "I'm just crocheting my own path, so it doesn't matter much if I', 35 or 65. It's on of the advantages of not fitting in. I came to London in 1993 and, by some chance, I became this A-list celebrity for a couple of years - until I said, 'Thank you very much,' and left. Some people can continue to write music in that spotlight, but I knew I couldn't. I could either be a full-time celebrity or make music. So maybe I made the choice there. Turning 50 isn't so different."
