The 'White Wedding' hitmaker rarely performs in his home country - having previously performed at the Brixton Academy in 2008 - and so this is a rare chance for his UK fans to catch him in action.

The tour will follow hot on the heels of two much-anticipated events - the launch of Billy's first new album in almost a decade, produced by Trevor Horn, as well as the release of his autobiography, 'Dancing With Myself'.

Alongside Billy, the album will also feature Steve Stevens, his long-time lead guitarist, Stephen McGrath on bass and Billy Morrison on guitar, in addition to Eric Eldenius on drums and Paul Trudeau on keyboards.

The tour kicks off on November 5th, at the O2 Academy in Birmingham, with Billy also set to perform at Eventim Apollo in London and the O2 Apollo in Manchester.

Tickets for the much-hyped tour go on sale on August 15 at 9.00am.
