Biffy Clyro are to co-headline Reading & Leeds 2016 with Fall Out Boy.
The alternative rock groups will be the star attractions at this year's festivals, which are being held over three days from August 26 until August 28.
Biffy Clyro said: "We are honoured to be asked to close Reading and Leeds this summer. We had one of the best nights of our lives last time and we're going to do all we can to make it even bigger and better in 2016."
They are joined at the festival by Fall Out Boy, who are relishing the opportunity to return to the UK.
They said: "It's pretty surreal to hear we are going to be co-headlining Reading and Leeds. [It] was our first real festival experience outside of the US and since the start we have buckled in and had an insane and memorable experience every time we have played.
"This is it, the big one for us and we are excited to be a part of it."
Fall Out Boy last played at the festival in 2013, and proved to be popular with the crowd, attracting a huge audience to their sets.
Other big-name acts set to appear at Reading & Leeds 2016 include The Vaccines, A$AP Rocky, HAIM and Jack Garratt.
Tickets for the festival are on sale now and available from the Reading and Leeds website.
