André RieuAs one of the most popular living live acts in the world, André Rieu's 10th Anniversary 2014 Maastricht Concert will be screened in cinemas all over the globe on Saturday July 19.
Over 1000 cinema screens - 350 in the UK and Ireland alone - will show the concert in countries including the USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand.
Charlotte Hawkins will host the event, as well as interviewing André immediately following his performance as an exclusive for cinema audiences.
"My 10th Anniversary hometown concert is very dear to my heart and I wish everyone could be here to help us celebrate. However, if you can't join us in Maastricht, I hope I can touch your heart by bringing this special evening to you, on the big screen in your local cinema." said André.
Last year's cinema event managed to break UK box office records, gaining the highest verified opening weekend gross of £448,786 for an artist's music concert released into cinemas.
The concert went on to gross over £1.5 million worldwide over a series of 'one night only' releases in 25 countries.
