Alexandra Burke has denied rumours suggesting she would represent the UK at this year's Eurovision Song Contest in May.

The X Factor winner was said to be travelling on May 23 straight to the show's finale in Vienna, Austria after a mysterious gap alluded to it in her national tour of Bodyguard The Musical.
Further speculation was fuelled after a Eurovision-related visual was filmed on March 2 - the same day Alexandra shot her new music video.
However, Digital Spy have confirmed that the singer's publicist has said there is "no truth to the story", and Alexandra's focused on releasing her new EP on March 25.
Burke's new EP 'Renegade' is to touch upon "themes and experiences that I have never spoken out about before".
"Since the last album, a lot has changed in my life, but most importantly I have changed. I'm in a great place, healthier and stronger than ever."
The UK entry for Eurovision is to be revealed on BBC One this coming Saturday, March 7 straight after The Voice UK.
